Our Tier I/II automotive client is busy. Reporting to the President you will be responsible for ensuring all quality policies and procedures are adhered to. You will ensure KPI targets are achieved. you will be expected to negotiate with customers, lead, coach & mentor quality team (QE’s, SQE’s & inspectors), and oversee ISO/IATF/BIQS certifications. You have 5+ years supervising experience, post secondary education in Quality Assurance, excellent communication skills and direct OEM customer service experience.
