Applicants Inc. a permanent placement employment agency was established by Martin Harlick in 1995 to serve
manufacturing clients throughout Southern Ontario.
Applicants Inc. recruits and places managers, supervisors and salaried staff in; Operations, Engineering, Quality,
Materials, Finance and Sales for manufacturing clients.
Martin is a University graduate, a current Big Brother and a former director with KW Oldtimers. He is also an American Civil war
historian and has finished his first novel, Aidan at Manassas.
Emily has been employed in the service sector for twenty years. She is an avid bowler and amateur carpenter.
