About Us
Applicants Inc. a permanent placement employment agency was established by Martin Harlick in 1995 to serve
manufacturing clients throughout Southern Ontario.
Applicants Inc. recruits and places managers, supervisors and salaried staff in; Operations, Engineering, Quality,
Materials and Finance.
Martin is a University graduate, a current Big Brother and a director with KW Oldtimers. He is also an American Civil war
historian and has finished his first novel, Muskets at Manassas.
