Our Canadian, non-union client is a leader in their market sector. They manufacture an OE and aftermarket product. Reporting to the General Manager you will lead and mentor machine operators and assemblers and take responsibility for scheduling, production, maintenance and production optimization. Post secondary education preferred, excellent verbal and written communication skills and above average computer experience required.
